Our client is currently looking for a Payroll Analyst

This is a contract role 12 months with strong possibility of extension.

Working as a key member of the payroll team, the incumbent will provide analytical services to our employees, managers, internal and external clients.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review system testing plan to validate information being tested
• Participate in work order status review meeting to ensure incidents are understood and prioritized
• Execute testing in SAP Quality Assurance Environment
• Manage testing defects when errors are spotted via regression testing
• Create testing summary report and testing files to document the status and result of testing
• Create and maintain testing plan template for standard incidents
• Run all regular and ad-hoc reports by required deadline
• Collect and analyze requirement from customers for all SAP change requests
• Participate and support all payroll projects
• Communicate with external vendor and internal customers where necessary
• Any other tasks assigned by the manager

QUALIFICATION:

• 4 years experience in Payroll
• Intermediate Excel & Word
• Oral and written communication skills
• 2+ years as payroll analyst
• 2+ years with SAP system
• 2 year minimum related college/university diploma
• PCP Certification
